Live a perfect holiday in our cosy 2 bedroom flat, located just 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the vibrant boulevard of Estepona centre. We offer you all the facilities of our home along with the facilities offered by the urbanisation to make you feel at home and enjoy your time here to the full. Relax, explore and enjoy your stay to the full in this haven of tranquillity and fun.
The flat has a spacious living-dining room with a large open kitchen and a nice terrace with views of the park and the sea in the background. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.In the living room there is the possibility of a sofa bed, so the flat is prepared to receive up to 6 tenants. On the terrace you can enjoy watching the sunrise in the east and sunbathing in the morning. You can also enjoy refreshing dinners under the moonlight and the stars.
The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool for adults and children, gym, jacuzzi (currently out of service due to repairs), sauna and coworking space. It also has an outdoor communal picnic area. All prepared for your wellbeing and relaxation with family or friends. In a radius of 5 minutes by car you can find local supermarkets and big supermarkets like Lidl, Aldi and a future Mercadona. And in the new boulevard of Estepona, just 15 minutes walk from the flat, you can find all kinds of restaurants, bars and shops.
