Not the greatest stay
This was an uncomfortable stay . Although the location was great for us the accommodation was awful . I never received the access information and as I was working I had to get my husband to chase . This was a challenge in itself. The entrance and stairwell had flies and was not clean . When we entered the flat the smell of weed was overwhelming , there was a mop bucket left with dirty water in the kitchen with some work gloves. We had booked for 4 people and only 3 beds were made up . The flat was unclean and there was marks on the small hand towels. I have photos of it all . We have sent these to the landlord who has assured that this will all be put right and to Vrbo , but have not received anything back from Vrbo. The landlord has offered us a return visit or a discount but this has put me off . I do feel that we should have been reimbursed as we had to sleep on the sofa to get away from the overwhelming smell . I would recommend that the landlord is spoken to before renting to ensure that they have sorted the issues
