Mauvaise blague

Le jour de la réservation je devais recevoir le code d’une boîte à clef à 14h. N’ayant rien reçu j’ai écris un message au gérant afin qu’il puisse me le communiquer en précisant l’heure d’arrivée de notre avion. Pas de réponse de sa part. À notre arrivée en Italie, nous avons contacté l’hôte qui au téléphone me dit que la réservation n’est pas confirmé malgré le fait que je lui envoie le mail de confirmation et la preuve de prélèvement sur mon compte bancaire le tout datant de plus d’un mois. Celui-ci ne veut rien savoir et annule la réservation à 22h le jour de notre arrivée nous laissant à la rue et refusant de nous répondre.
