We were so happy with the location, directly on the beach! We were on the first floor which made access to the beach, very convenient.The condo was clean and fully equipped. Checkin was a breeze, as Linda sent me the door code. She sent all necessary info including restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely rent it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We’ve stayed in a few units in this complex because of the location and private beach access. This unit did not disappoint at all! The amenities were great within the unit, and it was very modern and clean. Great host!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very nice and the location is hard to beat. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was comfortable. The proximity to grocery stores and restaurants was great. Linda was easily reached when a small problem arose.

Beautiful Condo on the beach

This beachfront condominium is absolutely spectacular! It is beautifully decorated and has every amenity that we needed during our stay. When we arrived and opened the door, the pleasant aroma of cleanliness was very apparent and my wife was very pleased. We always stay at Crystal Sands during our trips to Destin and this unit is the nicest one, by far. From the granite counter tops to the new Samsung / LG appliances, this condo checks off everything you need for your trip. It's the best location on the beach with shopping, dining and all of the associated Beach Life activities extremely close. Also, the property owner is a joy to work with and communicated almost instantly via text or phone. Could not be more pleased with this condo and property.

Nice condo with an awesome view! We were very comfortable staying here. Great location and the view from our condo was amazing! We did lots of walking around the area and have to say that Bochamps was our favorite place to eat.

Great stay!

Everything just as advertised. Clean property, prompt communication from owner, easy check in and out. The sliding glass door opens right to a nice deck walkway that leads to the beach. Great view of the water right from the porch. Beach service (included 2 chairs & umbrella) was easy to use, and owner had a couple of spairs to bring along as well. One of the reasons we booked this property was because it seemed to be on a more quiet (less populated) part of the beach. And it definitely was. We were there for spring break, and beach never felt over-crowded. Property was also quiet in evening.

Everything was as advertised! Beach area was perfect and with easy access and very short walk. Parking was great very close to front door. Condo was decorated nicely and comfortable. Only complaint was the bed was extremely soft which we are definitely not used to. Overall wonderful!

We spend every vacation time we get at Crystal Beach and enjoy all the wonderful restaurants beach walks and the amazing sunsets. We have met many wonderful people in Destin, Florida and love the Gulf of America and Snowbirds are always welcome. This is a Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping premises.

In 2022 we completely updated every corner of this condominium from all new bedding, furnishings & shutters with a fully stocked Custom Kitchen. All bed linens and bath towels are included bring your favorite beach towels and some sunscreen.
