Apartment Balmar is a bright, spacious and beautifully presented holiday home ideally located in the highly popular residential area of El Vinyet in Sites.

4-minute walk to beautiful sandy beaches with a selection of beach bars and restaurants. Sitges centre is a pleasant 10-minute stroll along the seafront.

ACCOMMODATION
This fully air-conditioned apartment is bright, spacious, and airy with clean white walls and attractive wood flooring. It is stylishly furnished and equipped to a good standard and with guest comfort in mind.

Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has convenient elevator access from both street level and from the underground parking garage. The apartment entrance opens into a hallway with access to a beautiful master ensuite, a further bedroom with bunkbeds and a bathroom.

Also located off this hallway is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen complete with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and a table with seating for 5 guests. There is also a washing machine and dryer in a utility room conveniently attached to the kitchen.

At the end of the hallway is a bright and good sized open-plan living room / dining area. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with two sofas, a coffee table and smart TV. The dining area has a table with seating for 6 guests. There is direct access through sliding doors to a large and attractive private terrace, furnished with a dining table that can comfortably seat 10 guests and offering views over the beautiful communal gardens and swimming pool.

Two further bedrooms are accessed from the lounge/dining area. One is double (160 cm) with built-in wardrobes and the other has a 180 cm bed that can be set up as a double or twin plus built-in wardrobes. These bedrooms share a family bathroom.

The terrace is very private and enjoys views over the beautiful gardens and communal swimming pool.

COMMUNAL AREA WITH SWIMMING POOL

The large and well-maintained communal gardens have spacious lawned areas for sunbathing or simply relaxing around the fantastic swimming pool. The garden is well planted with Mediterranean shrubs and lush palms offering shady corners in which to relax out of the hot afternoon sun.

The apartment has 2 underground parking spaces for guest use and there is elevator access from the parking garage to the apartment.
