The studio boasts a modern kitchenette equipped to cook basic meals at home, as well as a dining table, a desk for those that need to work and a smart Tv. The high ceilings and large windows create a feeling of grandeur and space. There is high speed broadband throughout. When it comes to sleep, there's a comfortable king size bed made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage space for clothes. There is also a sofa bed suitable for 1 guest in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). The bathroom includes a powerful shower as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels supplied for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole private access to the studio.

The Neighborhood:
The studio is situated in the heart of the town, from which an array of bars, restaurants, shops and attractions are all within easy walking distance. The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the studio. Other nearby attractions include; Hastings Aquarium, Smugglers Adventure Caves, Hastings Castle, The True Crime Museum and Hastings Museum and Art Gallery. Hastings Train Station is also just a 5 minute walk away, with regular direct trains to central London within 90 minutes.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, all areas of the town are within walking distance. The train station is just 5 minutes away, with regular services to London and further afield.
There are also local bus routes servicing Hastings and linking local towns.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
