Escape to Riverside Cottage, a serene riverside retreat on the banks of the River Yare. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub while soaking in beautiful views of the river and sky. Located in the quaint village of Reedham, this charming cottage accommodates up to six guests making it the ideal spot for a peaceful family getaway. The Space:
Unwind in the cosy lounge with a Smart TV offering Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. Choose from books, board games, or warm up by the wood burner on chilly evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and bean-to-cup coffee machine.
Enjoy a restful night in one of our three comfortable bedrooms: a super king, a standard king, and a twin with two single beds.
The property features a ground-floor shower room and a family bathroom with both a bath and shower.
Relax in the riverside garden, complete with a private wood-fired hot tub.
Amenities include a washing machine, dryer, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, CD player, and board games. A travel cot and high chair are available. The wood-fired hot tub is heated by a stove - logs and instructions provided for safe use.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Please note there is a fast flowing river at the end of the garden as pictured. Guests are advised to be extremely cautious, especially those travelling with children and pets - please ensure both are supervised at all times.
Guests are welcome to hire boats locally and moor at the cottage for no extra charge (at guest's own risk).
Please note the hot tub will be cold on arrival and will take around 2 hrs to heat up using the wood burner within the tub. Instructions and wood are provided.
Guests are provided with a starter pack of logs. Additional logs must be purchased by guests.
