Updated 3 Bedroom house private yard and sundeck, Walking distance to all the attractions. In the business of making great memories that last a lifetime. Use of 7 Beach badges during your stay. This house has 3 bedrooms one with a queen bed the second has a trundle that is 2 single beds and the third bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin. there is a role away twin in the closet as well. the house has a dishwasher a washer machine and a dryer. The house also has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware. The sundeck overlooks the private backyard where you will find a bbq. We rented for many years with so many positive reviews and have just as many repeat renters. I am always a phone call, text, or email away. We love it and know you will to.

Close to everything!!

House was definitely big enough for our stay and we never had to drive anywhere! We walked everywhere and it was close enough to anything you would need for your stay!!

We spent all weekend boasting about Eric's shore house!

From being spacious to being located in the perfect location within walking distance of everything, we were thrilled with our stay! Eric is prompt with his responses via text message, and is also very detailed and friendly - huge bonus! The house was clean upon our arrival, the towels and sheets even smelled nice and fresh. There are several areas of the house inside & out where you can kick back and relax, and then there’s the boardwalk only a few blocks away - that and it’s absolutely beautiful with all of its shore decor, even down to the small details around the home. The house even came equipped with cleaning supplies and detergent to ensure we would be able to leave it the way we found it. We are already talking about wanting to book another vacation stay!

Short walk to the beach and boardwalk

The house was a good fit for our family. It was close to the boardwalk and beach. It was a great house for the money and location. The owner was easy to get in tough with. We would def. choose to stay here in the future.

Spacious and clean

Perfect location if you don’t want to be right in the boardwalk commotion but close enough to walk. Very spacious and clean. Easy walk to the beach. Host was more then accommodating.

Perfect for blended family!

Our blended family of 5 kids loved this place! It may be small but the two living rooms and balcony were perfect for us Al to have some space when it was needed. Easy way to the boardwalk and beach! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Not bad

The best thing about this house is it had two living rooms. If we didn’t like what was on tv in the one room go to the other. Just remember one thing, this place is older and it had great character. Three rooms and plenty of beds. The other thing I liked about this place was, the owner was easy to get a hold of. Three blocks from the beach was nice. Little walk and you were there. All and all it was a good stay. The price was right for keeping my family together.

Great house for a vacation

We had a great time staying at Eric’s property. We had three small children and the house had plenty of room for everyone to play. The walk to the beach was not bad at all! Just a few blocks up the street and a stroller/wagon made it doable with kids. We would rent this house again for future vacations.
