Splendid holiday home with view

Scandinavian-style holiday home in the beautiful Holiday Vital Resort holiday park in Großenbrode. The good room layout and furnishings make this house well suited for several generations. The large bedroom is right next to the large bathroom with whirlpool, sauna and shower, and the two smaller bedrooms are on the other side near the small bathroom with shower. The equipment also includes a washing machine with dryer function. From the practical dining room and living room connected to the kitchen you have access to the partially covered terrace. In the living room the whole family can watch a DVD on the flat-screen TV or make themselves comfortable in front of the crackling stove. The alcove in the living room is a popular sleeping place, especially for children and teenagers. The WiFi can be used by up to six devices at the same time.\ E-charging station: The Holiday Vital Resort has 5 charging stations for electric cars, including 2 superchargers for Tesla and other brands. The charging stations are located in the parking lot in front of the reception. Charging electric cars directly at the holiday home is not permitted and is not covered by the electricity flat rate! The following rule applies to arrivals from June 1st, 2023: from the first pet onwards, the on-site costs per pet are EUR 30 per stay, a maximum of 2 pets are allowed. On a plot of land in the 1st construction phase of the holiday home park there is also a sports field where children can let off steam with football, tennis, basketball, etc. There is also a sports hall here that guests can use free of charge for badminton and various ball sports, for example. Please contact the service office on site for inquiries. There is also a supermarket next to the service office. You book the holiday home from a house type series. The holiday home will be assigned to you on site by the service office. Since this is a house series with several identical houses, the house color, furnishings and location in the holiday park can vary. The houses were built between 2012 and 2022 and are continuously renovated. Some houses have a railing around the terrace, others do not. The distance to the coast varies between 500 and 800m. Please also note that the exterior and interior photos are model photos of different holiday homes in the series. Youth groups only on request!
