New Haven’ is an outstanding, detached traditional home, internally upgraded to blend modern, comfortable living within fine surroundings. The 3-bedroom house has a fabulous, private, enclosed rear Garden. Non-restricted Car parking is available directly outside the House and there is a convenient Bus-Stop situated outside the House, should you wish to travel without taking your Car. The house is very well equipped providing a high level of comfort for our guests who return regularly. Sky Broadband/WiFi, Sky Sports package and Flat Screen TV add to your enjoyment. A number of Rooms in the House have traditional Oak beams which add to its character and charm. The accommodation is spacious and ideally placed for local Shops comprising of a Newsagent, Baker, Delicatessen, Pharmacy and the nearby Beach is within easy walking distance. There is also a super Ice Cream Shop and the Station Buffet, a friendly Pub to pop into for a refreshment. Elie, situated in the East Neuk of Fife has miles of golden sands, 3-Golf Courses, a variety of Water-Sports, Tennis Courts and beautiful Coastal Walks. Historic St Andrews, the home of Golf is a 15-minute drive away. We have had many guests staying in ‘New Haven’ over the years and a number of our guests come back to stay year after year to enjoy the wonderful surroundings the house provides.
Why they chose this property
Elie, is the ‘jewel in the crown’ of the East Neuk villages. The Coastal walk is breathtaking and the local Shops provide a welcoming environment catering for your day-to-day needs. The nearby Station Buffet Pub is an ideal place to pop in for a refreshment.
The nearby Ship Inn, is an excellent Restaurant offering superb Food with magnificent views of the Sea across the Beach.
Enjoy watching Cricket play on the Beach during the Summer months from the Ship Inn outdoor Seating area.
