A luxury self-catering holiday home in a private road. This is a contemporary holiday let with the accommodation provided over 3 floors.
On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen and dining room with large patio doors opening out onto a south facing garden and seating area.
The first floor comprises the lounge and a double bed room with a Jack & Jill bathroom.
The second floor comprises the Master Bedroom with ensuite . The Master bedroom has a king bed, On this floor, there is also the twin bedroom.
Convenience stores a 2 minute walk away with extended opening hours
Off road parking.
-No parking for large comercial vehicles.The property is in the private estate.
Please note that restricted parking & enforcement for larger commercial vehicles in the estate
Conveniently situated close to West Ewell Train Station, which is 2/3 minutes walk away with regular service straight to London Waterloo, which takes 30 minutes, 23 minutes to Clapham Junction approx. In fare zone 6 of London Transport.
The picturesque Ewell Village offers a variety of shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs.
Alternatively, nearby Epsom is a busier market town town and has the Ashley Centre - a covered shopping mall and Epsom Playhouse, which offers a wide range of entertainment. Also close by is Epsom Downs, the home of The Derby. The M25 (Junction 9) is a short drive away, giving access to both Heathrow and Gatwick.

For staying more than 14 days, a mandatory £120 fee is charged for cleaning. every two weeks, the Bed sheets, towels will be washed and replaced, kitchen tidied, bathroom cleaned and floors mopped. The whole place will be hovered and dusted. The cleaning will last 4/5 hours.
Also, Due to guests' allergies and myself. We are not able to accept pets.
We have one actively recording camera overlooking the front garden and driveway which records video and audio. We also have one Google nest doorbell camera with audio/video recording, fitted to the outside of the front door. They will be recording at all times including during a reservation
