Thank you for taking time to look at our rental home located on the prestigious 1800 acre Black Butte Ranch in Central Oregon. Nestled among the beautiful ponderosa pines just off the 17th green on Big Meadow golf course awaits your next weekend getaway or vacation retreat.

We take pride in making our home a comfortable home away from home for our guests. We know that you will enjoy your time on this beautiful property!
Highlights of our home:

* Master bedroom downstairs with king bed. Roll away bed option for younger child
* Two bedrooms on main floor with queen beds in each
* A loft with 3 twin beds - great for the kids!
* Full bathrooms on each floor - That's a total of 2!

The ranch offers two 18-hole golf courses, four swimming pools, bike trails, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, soccer field, horse back riding, hiking...and much, much more. We rent our home on a daily or weekly basis depending on your specific needs. The rates vary depending on the time of year and duration of your stay. Please email for details and availability. We require an adult 25 years of age to accompany any renting parties.

Destination Wedding

My daughter had her wedding atbthe lodge and itvis the perfect place for a wedding or family get together. The property was well kept and very nice. I am looking forward to coming again soon!

Gorgeous Getaway!

Beautiful Home in BBR

Perfectly located

Great time at this property it’s perfectly located for easy access to the lodge & golf center. The cabin is dated, but we new that going in. That said, it provided everything we needed & more! Would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Family Fun

Woke up to a glimpse of Black Butte through the trees, enjoyed coffee in the morning and dinner in the evenings on the deck. Had deer come right up, including a fawn. The swimming pool and lake were within walking distance. So quiet at night and the stars! Had a great time!

Grill Challenged but Bikes are a big plus

This is a very nice, "old school" property. Appliances are functional but dated. A large assortment of excellent bikes available for use is a very nice touch. To BBQ, one must walk downstairs and then exit the lower level, a big issue for me as I like to grill every night when at the ranch. Overall, I'd condsider staying here again.

Everything we needed

We are two retirees that took our 15 and 10 yr old grandkids to Black Butte. The house was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for the lakeside pool, activity center and the soccer field. Our kids were able to get around on bikes very easily.

Nice

Checking in was difficult at the housing check in center. A very senior citizen did not know process with a line of people waiting. Then proceeded to add on serious unexpected charges to use complex facilities. Called owner but no answer. Refused to pay add on charges and was finally admitted after frustrating people in line behind me. Once in all well. Banned from using pool or complex facilities.

Black Butte for Moms and Boys

Went for a Moms and teen boy weekend and had a great time. The place is a great layout for a couple of small families and had everything we needed. The only disappointment was the the ranch has pretty limited service before the end of June, so we couldn't do some of the activities that we'd hoped.

Nice Spring Break

This was our first experience of Black Butte Ranch. The location of the property is excellent! The home is very comfortable and with only four of us we had plenty of room. Many things about the home have seen significant use, like heavily scratched non-stick pans and carpet that is a bit worn, but if you're going there to play and experience the great outdoors these things shouldn't dissuade you from this home. The bikes in the garage are a huge plus.

Great cabin in beautiful Black Butte Ranch

First trip to Black Butte Ranch for our family and this cabin was the perfect home base for us. Spacious, beautiful fireplace and well equipped kitchen. Bikes are a great and useful bonus.

Great Rustic cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at Black Butte. The house was a good fit for our family and had all the amenities. The bikes were a HUGE blessing and a nice perk to staying there. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for an affordable place that is very comfortable.

Spacious house & good location

We have rented homes in BBR for almost 20 years. The house was spacious, well equipped and in a good location. Property owners were very responsive. Tried to fix problem with cable tv with owner's help but it never did work. The deck needs to be replaced and carpet on stairs was dirty. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We absolutely love BBR.

Wonderful Location

Renting this house offers all the resort amenities of Black Butte Ranch (pools, bike paths, activities, etc). In addition, there are plenty of bicycles in good condition in the garage for guests to ride. Everything was as we expected it would be. The only slight negative is that we were there on an unusually hot week, so the house did get quite warm because it doesn't have A/C. Other than that, the house was perfect for our needs and the location is central to many outdoor activities that the area offers.
