The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by plants, you will find a large swimming pool of 9 x 6m and a constant depth of 1.80m. Around it, you will find two terraces where you will find a barbecue, a trampoline and several corners where you can sunbathe or enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The interior of the single-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor is the living-dining room, which has a TV-sat and is ideal for long evenings. The kitchen is independent and has a gas cooker and everything you need to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. Upstairs you will find the 4 bedrooms, all of them with fan. Two of them have a double bed, one of them also with access to the balcony, while the other two have two single beds each. Two independent bathrooms with shower complete this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. Ibiza is the ideal island if you wish to enjoy the most authentic Mediterranean.
