bathroom apartment. Enjoy sea views from the balcony, relax in the private sauna, savour the blend of period features including floor to ceiling sash windows that overlook Brunswick Square gardens; all complimented with contemporary design. Close to great coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, pubs, independent shops etc. Ideal for couples, business travellers, and friends, it's the perfect getaway retreat.
The Space:
This luxurious two-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor of a Grade 1 listed Regency building in one of Hove’s most prestigious addresses, combines historical grandeur with refined contemporary elegance. Just steps from the beach and some of the area’s best restaurants, the space offers a private sanctuary for relaxation and an escape into timeless design.
Entering the apartment, you’re welcomed into a grand living space where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with soft, natural light. These windows, paired with high ceilings and delicate period detailing, enhance the sense of openness and showcase the elegant interiors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and ample preparation space, alongside a generous collection of crockery, cutlery, and cookware. Essentials like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also provided, ensuring guests have everything needed for a comfortable stay.
In the evenings, unwind in the inviting living room, which blends tropical accents with an original fireplace. An L-shaped sofa offers a cozy spot to relax, or step onto the private balcony to enjoy sea views. When you’re ready to explore, the charming Brunswick area awaits nearby, famous for its Regency architecture, gardens, and a lively mix of local cafes, bars, and restaurants.
The dining room seats six guests comfortably, presenting a distinctive maximalist decor that makes it perfect for shared meals or as a unique workspace.
The master bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, has been designed with soft lilac hues and a hint of eccentric glamour, while its large window brightens the space. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all guests. The second bedroom exudes bold, exotic style, featuring animal prints, vibrant colors, and an adaptable desk space ideal for work or creativity.
A fully tiled family bathroom with a contemporary white suite and walk-in shower is just off the hallway, complete with guest toiletries for added convenience. Next to the bathroom, a private sauna for two provides a unique addition to your stay, offering an intimate setting for relaxation. (Guests are advised to use the sauna entirely at their own risk.)
