This apartment is the perfect base for exploring everything that the city has to offer. It has a private, sunny garden, a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table and a modern bathroom. Located on a central yet quiet street, you can discover a wealth of charming cafes, stylish shops and convenient transport at one end & the beach at the other!
The Space:
Enjoy a delightful stay in Brighton in this charming and unique apartment with a private garden, by the sea. Perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or adventurous explorers, this cosy flat has everything you need for an unforgettable trip.
A comfortable space with plenty of natural light from the doors that lead directly out onto the private garden. The living area features a sofa which opens up to be a sofa bed and can be used for two extra guests. There's great Wifi so if you can relax here and check-in online or do some work, if you wish. There is also a dining table that seats 4 for enjoying meals or a brunch together.
The well-equipped, contemporary kitchen has plenty of cookware, crockery, glassware, and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or dinner. You'll find plenty of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics so please help yourself. Other amenities include a microwave plus a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Lovely and light, the bedroom has a double bed with fresh hotel linen and storage space for your personal items. We also provide fresh white bed linen, big bath towels, hand towels, guest toiletries, an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
The contemporary white tiled bathroom has a toilet, modern basin and shower over bath. Plenty of guest towels and toiletries are provided.
Conveniently located just moments from the beach at one end of the street with close to the independent supermarket Taj, a Waitrose supermarket, a pharmacy and a range of independent shops at the other. You can take a leisurely stroll along Western Road or the seafront to discover more bars, restaurants, and shopping destinations. Or jump on one of the many buses heading in or out of town.
For easy transportation, the nearest bus stop and bike station are just a short walk away. And if you're travelling with a furry friend, the flat is happy to welcome one small dog with advance notice.

The apartment is on the lower ground floor and has a few steps down to access.
