Summary:
This modern three-storey townhouse comes with a private parking space for one car! Located a few steps from the sea, you can wake up and be on the beach in just a few minutes. The house has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests, with a combination of double and single beds to suit everybody. There'a sofa, dining table, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen - everything you will need for a fantastic stay with friends or family. Close to all the lovely sights and sounds that Brighton has to offer!
The Space:
With the convenience of a rare, allocated parking space right by the entrance and an unbeatable location just steps from the sea, this three-story townhouse is ideal for weekend escapes or extended getaways.
The ground floor welcomes you with an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area—a cosy and sociable space. The comfortable sofa seats three, with a Smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi throughout. The dining table extends to accommodate up to eight guests, while the kitchen’s breakfast bar seats an additional four. Fully equipped for dining in, the kitchen includes cookware, glassware, and essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, and cooking oil. A range of helpful appliances, such as a microwave, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, ensure convenience during your stay.
Step out to a small patio area at the back of the house—an ideal spot for smokers to unwind.
On the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms and the main bathroom, equipped with a shower-over-bath, sink, and guest toiletries for added comfort. The toilet is separate to streamline morning routines. The top floor offers two more bedrooms, each thoughtfully arranged for a flexible stay.
Each bed is outfitted with a comfortable memory foam mattress and dressed in fresh, hotel-quality linens, with ample towels provided for all guests.
The first-floor Bedroom 1 includes a stunning four-poster king-size bed, a day bed, and a Smart TV for cosy nights in. Bedroom 2, on the top floor, opens onto a balcony with town views and features a queen-size bed and dressing table. Bedroom 3 provides bunk beds for two, while Bedroom 4 is set up with a single bed—ideal for solo sleepers.
Additional amenities include an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer for guest convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests have the whole house to themselves during their stay. Access details will be sent prior to your arriva. For Group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over.
The Neighborhood:
Just seconds from the seafront in a quiet residential corner, this is the perfect location for a relaxing seaside break. The iconic St James Street of Kemptown, with all of its shops, restaurants and independent bars on your doorstep. We particularly recommend Pizzaface for amazing takeaway pizza, the Real Patisserie for bread and pastry, Ground for the morning coffee fix, and the Black Dove for evening cocktails.
The famous North Laine area just a 10-15 minute walk away, and is a hub of independent shops and eateries and an amazing spot for people watching. You can also explore The Lanes and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of jewellery shops, cafes and pubs.
The Brighton Centre is a short stroll along the seafront, and just a little further along is the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast.
The Cultural Quarter which boasts Brighton Pavilion, Brighton Dome, the Museum & Art Gallery, and the Theatre Royal is also just a 10 minute stroll from our flat.
For fine dining, try Riddle & Finns on the sea front, The Salt Room or The Coal Shed. And for cocktails we would always recommend a hidden gem in Brighton, called The Plotting Parlour.
