Set in the heart of rural France the Langlade estate offers privacy yet accessibility; space but togetherness. The perfect idyll for that French getaway with a charming two-acre walled arboretum, two heated 10x5 meter swimming pools (gated), and luxurious facilities. Ideal for birthday celebrations, pre & post weddings groups, multi-family holidays, and special interest holidays (like painting, yoga, and fitness retreats).

The estate comprises 1 Manor house with 3 gites offering a total of 15 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The 2023 refurbished Manor House offers 5 luxurious spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an enormous kitchen, a separate dining room, and a living room. The remaining 3 gites on site comprise Petite Langlade, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Le Nid with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and lastly, Villa Langlade with 1 accessible ground-floor bedroom and bathroom, 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor with a shared bathroom. All houses are fully equipped, indoors and outdoors, and have a BBQ each. Nearest commerce/shops: Montmoreau St Cybard - 8 min drive (8.5 km). Chalais - 9 min drive (8.8 km) Montboyer - 3 min drive (1.6 km) - bio Bakery & popular local restaurant.

All houses can be booked also separately. If booked separately the pools are shared amongst all guests onsite. Each gite has its own outdoor space, dedicated terrace, and use of part of the (unfenced) extensive gardens and arboretum.

We are the sister venue to Chateau de Lerse in Perignac and we accept wedding bookings (whether as extra accommodation for a wedding held at the chateau, pre & post-wedding holidays or as a private wedding venue).
