About this property
The Brew House - a cotswold cottage that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms
The Brew House is a stunning Grade II listed, three-bedroom Cotswold stone cottage located in the heart of Chipping Campden, a charming market town. This inviting retreat comfortably accommodates six guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a tranquil escape in the picturesque Cotswolds.
As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a row of lovely Cotswold cottages. Stepping inside The Brew House, you'll find a cosy open-plan living and dining area that exudes character. With two plush sofas and two Loom chairs, it's the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the warmth of the woodburning stove nestled in a grand inglenook fireplace.
A few steps lead you to the well-equipped kitchen, featuring polished oak flooring, exposed Cotswold stone, and oak beams.
For additional logs for the stove, a convenient hatch in the kitchen provides access to the cellar, which serves as log storage.
The stairs are tucked behind a door in the kitchen leads to the first floor, where you'll find two inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts oak beams, a window seat beneath a stone mullion, a charming stone fireplace, and a built-in cupboard for storage. Relax in the oak-framed double bed while enjoying your favourite film on the TV. The second bedroom is a bright dual-aspect space with twin beds and oak beams, also featuring a cosy stone fireplace.
These two bedrooms share a stylish shower room complete with high-quality Italian fixtures.
A steep, winding staircase leads to the second floor, revealing a delightful bedroom with an oak-framed double bed. From here, relax with a book or watch your favourite shows on the TV while enjoying views of the church across the street, or relax in the en-suite bath.
