About this property
An immaculate town house just a short walk from Padstow's town and harbour.
No 4 is a beautifully renovated townhouse offering a welcoming space for the whole family, located within a five-minute walk of Padstow’s lively harbour and town centre. Set out over three floors, the accommodation offers four spacious bedrooms sleeping eight guests, and as this property is decidedly dog- friendly, there is plenty of room for the furrier ones in the family too! Decorated in a beautiful coastal style, No 4 has the perfect layout for holiday life, offering a fabulous and relaxing base for your party, whatever the season.
Nearby
Situated near the mouth of the Camel Estuary, Padstow offers a huge range of activities to tempt the adventurers in your party, including coasteering and paddle boarding, cycling along the renowned Camel Trail cycle path or heading out on a speedboat with Padstow Sea Life Safari. Surf lessons are available on most local beaches or hop on the ferry over to Rock to explore the other side of the estuary. The Southwest Coast Path will take you towards Harlyn Bay and Trevose Head, walk as far as you can then check out the bus routes for a speedier trip back!!
Padstow is home to a large selection of eateries, including Rick Steins flagship, the Seafood Restaurant as well as Paul Ainsworth’s highly regarded No 6 and the always buzzing Prawn On The Lawn. If fine dining isn’t your thing, you can be assured that you are never more than a few metres away from a wide choice of pasty or fish and chip options to keep the whole family fed and happy. Look out for seasonal pop-ups from some well-regarded chefs, they have a habit of appearing where you least expect them!
Ground Floor
A townhouse of generous proportions, you arrive to a well-lit hallway which leads to the pristine, open plan kitchen and dining area, fitted with everything you need to cook up a storm, should you choose to! With access to the enclosed rear courtyard from the dining area, there is plenty of room for kids and dogs to wander in and out safely. The cosy and modern sitting area has a Scandi-Luxe feel, with plenty of sofa and beanbag spots for the whole family to chillout together. The ground floor hallway also has a WC and plenty of room for coats and boots, should the weather be less than sunny!
First Floor
The coastal vibe continues on the first floor, with white-washed floorboards and a relaxing colour palette of blues and greys which echo beautifully with the views of sea and sky. This floor is home to a spacious king size bedroom, a large double, and a bunk room, perfect for the smaller ones in the party. A large, light-filled family bathroom leads off the landing, with views over to Rock and Daymer Bay.
Second Floor
Up another flight of stairs to the top of the house, you will find a spacious king-sized master bedroom with breath-taking views over the estuary and out to sea, this truly is a room in which to take time-out and relax.
Outside Space
The rear courtyard is enclosed with a storage shed which houses extra outdoor tables and chairs if needed.
