Welcome to our beautiful house in Purley. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is extremely spacious and comfortable.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a toaster and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television with netflix included. Free internet wifi access.
There is a study which allows you to work comfortably and a games room for chilling. There is a formal dinning area and a beautiful lounge for relaxing.

This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed that can be changed to become two spacious single beds.
In the next bedroom, there is a superking bed.
The third bedroom contains two single beds.
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over the bath.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink only.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Later Check out and Earlier Check In are available for an additional fee of £50 and a notice of minimum 3 days prior the arrival or departure.
-kids are allowed.
-infants are allowed, however please bring your own equipment.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free off street parking
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Parties: not allowed

Additional rules:
- Please kindly remove your shoes once you have entered the property

- Strictly no parties or events

- You will be sent a pre-check-in form to complete 7 days before arrival or on the same day if your arrival date is within 7 days and will be required to place a security deposit hold via a debit/ credit card which will be released 2 days after checkout
