Tracia IV apartment in Madrid

The Tracia studios are located in the Alcalá Norte area, on Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, it is full of life and has local shops and very popular brand stores.

The constant development of this area has made it the location of important television production studios, large administrative centres and important companies, as well as being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Centre.

Due to its good connections, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reach Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid in just a few minutes and in a direct line.

All this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your stay in the city.

The studio:

This cosy studio is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate four guests.

Its avant-garde character combines modern decor with a loft-style design, giving the entire accommodation a pleasant personality.

The lower floor integrates the living room and kitchen, providing comfort and practicality to the space. The living room has a Smart TV, an elegant dining table and a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people. There is also a toilet.

On the upper floor is the bathroom with shower, and the bedroom with a double bed.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.
