It is located 200 m from the "Supermercado" supermarket, 300 m from the "Playa Arenal De'n Castell" sandy beach, 300 m from the restaurant, 9 km from the "Golf Son Parc" golf course, 14 km from the "Carema Splash Park" water park, 17 km from the "Parada de autobus es Mercadal" bus station, 17 km from the town of "Es Mercadal", 23 km from "Aeropuerto de Menorca" airport and is located in an ideal area for families and by the sea. It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, washing machine, barbecue, iron, safe, internet access (wifi), air conditioning in all bedrooms, private pool, 1 TV, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English), Dvd. The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
