Cozy apartment with a beautiful garden area and communal pool in a complex of 25 apartments located on the north coast of the island in the Arenal d' en Castell urbanization, 300m from the beach.
It has a magnificent porch with a built-in barbecue with comfortable sofas, table and chairs, where you can enjoy long summer nights.
Spacious living room with TV and Wifi, with a large window that gives access to the terrace. Separate kitchen, well equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, capsule coffee maker and Italian coffee maker.
The ground floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, a rear terrace overlooking the countryside with table and chairs. In the upper part of the apartment, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a third room with two single beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

The house rules do not allow the organisation of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the ‘Sustainable Tourism Tax’, to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
