About this property
Y Beudy, Llandysul - Three Bedroom Cottage, Sleeps 6
Y Beudy, is a detached former cow shed, located in the beautiful countryside of rural Carmarthenshire. The property has been lovingly restored and offers the perfect base for a holiday with your family and friends - two-legged and four. Dogs are most welcome whilst our on-site private stabling and grazing provides everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Discover this beautiful area by horseback and bike, or on foot with your dogs. Imagine the exhilaration of exploring this extensive natural moorland with breathtaking views. Ride or walk from the door onto Llanllwni Mountain and through Brechfa Forest - a scenic and memorable experience in the heart of West Wales. Both areas provide unique landscapes and a peaceful, natural setting, ideal for riders of all levels, and walkers alike.
Brechfa Forest is rich in flora and fauna, including deer, birds, and a variety of plant life. It’s a perfect setting for horse riding, hiking and mountain biking. Cycling in and around Brechfa Forest and Llanllwni Mountain offers some of the most diverse and exciting terrain for cyclists in West Wales, catering to a wide range of abilities. The forest has several dedicated bridleways and multi-use trails where riders and walkers can follow well-marked paths.
Back at the ranch you can relax in front of a roaring fire or unwind in your own private wood-fired hot tub. As a Dark Sky Discovery Site, you can enjoy the stars at their best as there is zero light pollution!
Y Beudy is located just half an hour from the market town of Carmarthen with its many shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, leisure centre, theatre, cinema and bowling alley.
