Nice three bedroom flat with a small sea view at 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. It has one bedroom with double bed and window with exit to the terrace, another bedroom with two beds of 90 cm with window that also opens to the terrace and a third bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped independent kitchen and a spacious living-dining room very luminous with exit to the big terrace that goes around the flat. The terrace with awning has several spaces. Area with table and chairs to have an aperitif, another bigger table where you can enjoy pleasant evenings. A barbecue area with an independent place to eat and a nice lemon tree.
The terrace, all decorated in a marine style, its proximity to the beach and the possibility of sleeping 6 people make this space a beautiful place to spend your holidays. SHEETS, TOWELS AND TAX NOT INCLUDED
