Villa with garden 200 meters from the beach and the tourist center of Recanati

Villa Naxos, among the closest to the sea, is located in a closed and quiet street, with access for residents only. It is just 200 meters from the wonderful Recanati beach and 300 meters from the tourist center, where you can find numerous services: restaurants / pizzerias, supermarket, newsagent, bar, pharmacy, ATM, bus terminal for Catania airport. The villa has a private garden with lawn and Mediterranean essence trees and is an excellent starting point for tourist excursions to the eastern coast of Sicily and the hinterland rich in history, culture, traditions, archaeological sites (Naxos was the first Greek colony in Sicily), and naturalistic, being in the area of the valley of the Alcantara river, which with its flow has created over the millennia, the famous gorges, known all over the world. The villa, built in Mediterranean style and fully air conditioned and equipped with window frames with mosquito nets, is spread over two floors. The main floor on the garden level is composed of a large living area consisting of a sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with a microwave and multifunction oven, a large fridge-freezer column and an espresso machine, a bathroom with a multifunctional shower cabin and a small room made up of wardrobe and a single bed, with the possibility of adding a second one.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning and large wardrobe, a bathroom with bidet and multifunctional shower cabin and a large covered terrace from which to enjoy the view of Taormina.
Outside, the villa has a well-kept garden with lawn and two comfortable deck chairs for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade, an outdoor shower, invigorating on returning from the beach, and a large covered patio with table and chairs where enjoy an outdoor breakfast or lunch.
