These rooms are serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting room which consists of an Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV and dining seating.Outside, there is allocated parking for two cars and an enclosed patio garden with furniture. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop within 0.8 miles, a pub within 0.7 miles and the coast in 0.1 miles. A pretty harbour sits where the River Axe meets the sea, with a stone wall and shingle bank providing shelter and making the area popular for fishing, kayaks and paddle-boarders alike. Though there is no village shop in Axmouth, there is a charming café by the harbour for dining out amongst the gentle harbour bustle.
