Not New and Not as Described, Mouldy Smells

We arrived at Bristol to check in to this property and were stunned to find out how little the property looks like the photos. This property was described as “New and Luxurious” and sadly it was neither one of these. To get to the property you have to park around back and enter via a dark back gate. Keysafe number was incorrect and had to wait outside in the dark for 30 mins for them to respond. There is parking which is good. When we entered the property it had a horrible smell of mould and rotten eggs. Also you enter into a dark hallway with paint peeling off and one room is to your left and one to your right. Place is MUCH smaller than the photos suggest. Let me say that they have a very good photographer, as property looks no where new or as fresh. The WiFi was not working, which was essential for work. They did not offer to come help us. There was a screwdriver left by a power socket. Come to find out there was no power to any plug sockets including the fridge, TV and Hob. We then found mould up one wall. Smell was coming from the fridge due to no power. We had to wait over an hour for their management to respond again. This was horrible as this is a basement/ground flat and there is no phone service in the property so we kept having to leave in the dark. When they finally messaged an hour later, I told them we needed another property to stay at and they made us pay more for the property! This new property only had single beds and a stained covered sofa! Avoid!
