Umbrella Pines, is situated in a quiet, cul-de-sac only 200m from Holcombe Beach, which is safe for swimming, great for snorkelling and much more quiet than Teignmouth Beach.
The clifftop views are simply breathtaking and the home itself has plenty of large windows allowing the light to pour in. With wooden floors throughout, traditional decor, and tasteful soft furnishings, the house is warm and inviting. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spend time in the large living area.
A sun terrace, balcony and patio are perfect settings for a barbeque, evening dining or breakfast meals. The grounds include several acres of private gardens and woodland with an enchanting private path to Holcombe Beach.
The accommodation is split over 2 floors. The ground floor comprises of a large kitchen, dining area and lounge with a wood-burning stove and a double sofa bed. There are also two large bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Upstairs features two further large bedrooms, a bathroom and balcony. The third bedroom is king size and the fourth bedroom has a single bed and double sofa bed has panoramic views and cal also function as a second lounge with a wood-burning stove and a double sofa bed. There are also two large bedrooms and two bathrooms.
