Super 2-bedroom south-facing apartment on the 9th floor of Block B in the Skol Building, with privileged views over the Mediterranean, Gibraltar, and Africa from the wonderful furnished terrace for 4 people. Surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary. The apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Block B has two elevators, and access to the apartment is via stairs; once inside, the whole apartment is on the same level, with no stairs. Accommodation comprises: spacious living room with flat-screen TV with four international channels, 4-person dining area with sea views, and access to the terrace; fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, hob, washing machine, and a serving hatch to the living room; master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, and north-facing window, second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, and window overlooking the street; and bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with A/C throughout, and its own Wi-Fi connection.
The Skol cares for the environment, sourcing its energy partially from solar panels.
