It is located 60 m from the Autobus bus station, 180 m from the Poble Sec metro station (l3), 600 m from the Arenas / Atenas's Mall shopping centre supermarket, 2 km from the Sants Estacio train station, 4 km from the Barceloneta Beach / Barceloneta's Playa Playa de arena, 14 km from the Aeropuerto el Prat airport.

This apartment is located on one of the cultural arteries of the city of Barcelona: Avenida Paral·lel. From the end of the 19th century until 1970, it has always been linked to the world of entertainment, with cabarets, music halls and theatres such as the Teatro Condal, the Teatro Victoria and the Teatro Apolo, which still put on shows. “The Catalan Broadway” is full of charm and although it is no longer the same as before, it still offers a wide variety of activities and entertainment.

The Paral·lel also offers one of the best and most varied gastronomic options, which fill its pedestrian streets and tapas bars. It has many terraces where you can have a drink, discos and a magnificent gastronomic and cultural panorama.

Currently the building next door is undergoing some construction work so during the day it is possible that some noise may be heard.

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included on arrival, however, replacement or exchange during your stay is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 30.00 EUR per booking. Guests must bring bed linens. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (please contact us if you would like to check in earlier). Outside of these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be €30 until 10pm, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10pm, after 10pm it will be €100 and after 1am it will be €150

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will apply. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or being aware of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or gatherings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine)
