The Grottoes consists of a kitchen with breakfast bar seating, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and microwave, a living/dining room with Smart TV, gas fire, and dining seating, and a game room. The bedrooms consist of two lower-ground-floor king-size with en-suites, lower-ground-floor king-size, and lower-ground-floor twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC, a cloakroom with basin and WC, and a cloakroom with WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot available. Outside, there is a side patio with furniture, side decking with furniture, and off-road parking for one car (or two small cars). Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: There are lots of stairs / steps and a spiral staircase, may not suitable for those with limited mobility or very young children. Please Note - EV Charging is not authorised at the property. Please Note - No Stag or Hen parties or party groups. Please Note - To include the hot tub for your stay, there will be a 175 GBP supplement that will need to be added.
