Hafan Y Talgarth bungalow at Plas Talgarth resort
With some refurbishments recently completed, it is tastefully furnished and features a well-equipped and spacious fitted oak kitchen with a dining area, family bathroom, two single and one double bedroom sleeping 4 guests in comfort. All on one level, so suitable for guests with minor mobility issues and young children. There are a few graduated steps up to the bungalow, but it's not challenging to access.

ACCOMMODATION
Kitchen/diner:
To the rear, with views of the historic Plas Talgarth Hall & gardens. Fully tilled flooring, real oak wood fitted units, integrated Bosch dishwasher Tricity Bendix hob/double oven/grill, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, ample storage, under-counter fridge, with freezer in a separate cupboard, dining table with fitted faux leather seating, plus 2 chairs. Door to the rear garden area. There is a launderette on site for washing clothes.
Sitting room:
To the front, off the separate front entrance, the sitting room and hallway have laminate flooring. It enjoys uninterrupted rural and hillside views, with a big bay window, Panasonic TV, Video Player, DVD, Two armchairs and 3-seater cosy fabric sofas, plus a coffee table.
A hallway leads to the bedrooms and bathroom.
Bedroom 1:
To the front enjoying uninterrupted rural and hillside views. King-size bed with faux leather headboard, 2 X white bedside tables, matching dressing table, and 2 sets of fitted single and double wardrobes, window, and carpeted floor.
Bedroom 2:
To the rear with garden views, a single bed, and a set of matching fitted single and double wardrobes. dressing table, window, and carpeted floor.
Bedroom 3:
Also to the rear with garden views, a single bed, window, and carpeted floor.
Family bathroom:
With an original (in perfect condition) 1970s ‘lemon retro bathroom suite'. The owners have enhanced the look with a black and white ‘chest-board look' floor! The suite includes a bath with shower over and hand-held mixer shower, WC, pedestal sink with mirror, and shelf area.
Woodland Garden & Parking
The bungalow is surrounded by a grass garden area (not enclosed), but a wonderful space to explore and enjoy, including a small patio area with a bistro set for enjoying a G & T!. Parking right outside the bungalow, with a handful of steps to the entrance, is not particularly difficult to access.
