SPECIAL LOWER RATES!! Beautiful Home on Norris Lake near Powell Valley Marina.

Located in a secluded part of Norris lake is this NEW well-appointed home with 3 Master bedrooms. What makes this home so special is the access to the lake and dock has NO steps. It is located just off of Rt. 63 near Powell Valley Marina amongst some gorgeous new homes. Each bedroom has a full bath. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a half bath. The great room on the main level has a, 60" TV, Direct TV, WiFi, and a walkout slider onto the covered deck. The two bedrooms on the main floor have King beds and one of the Master bedrooms has a large bath with overhead shower (Bring your own towels). Each bedroom has a walkout slider onto the large 12 x 50' deck. The lower level has a playroom w/ ping pong table, queen sleeper couch, laundry room, 60" tv, and two additional master bedrooms, These 2 bedrooms also have walkout sliders to the deck. One of the master bedrooms has a king bed and the other bedroom has 2- bunk beds. All bedrooms have TVs. Fire pit is available, but you will need to bring your own wood.
The gradual walk down to the lake takes you to a covered one slip, two-story dock with a slide on the top level. Also, included is a jet ski dock.

MOONSHINE

We had a wonderful time and a great stay. This home was well located for us and comfortable. We are unaware if the owners know the following items that need fix or if the cleaning people would let them know. 1. Master toilet is running due to a flapper issue 2. Smoke detector in the King room downstairs needs to be replaced since it went off in the middle of the night or is broken ( per the fire chief that stayed with us) 3. Toaster one side is broken 4. The bracket that holds the jet ski dock is broken off (the one closest to the dock). The lag screws need replaced. These are all easy fixes and was not something that we thought was a detriment yo our stay.

Great Lake house

This was our second stay at Moonshine. We had 3 families stay. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group. We love the dock, the gentle slope to the lake and having two refrigerators. The listing is confusing about providing bath towels. In one area it says provided in another it says no. We had to make a run into town but not a big deal. Be sure to bring your own. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

Great Lakefront Home for large groups

My family and I stayed for 5 nights and we had a blast! The home was clean and in great condition. We loved the open kitchen and living room upstairs with a beautiful view of Lake Norris and couldn't get enough of the fire pit and game area on the lower level. The Powell Valley marina was just a 5 minute drive away for easy boat rental and restaurant.

Love this house. The layout is great, all bedrooms have a bathroom and sliding glass door to the lake. So clean, which is very important to me. Our family loved it. Take your own groceries bc there isn’t any stores or restaurants real close. And I suggest taking your boat to the ramp before going to the house. The last 2 miles is one lane curvy road.

A hidden GEM !

I don’t have enough great things to say about this home. Everything from the layout of the house to the location was PERFECT . Plenty of space for 6 adults to have their own space , but plenty of gathering areas at the same time . We loved being on a more remote part of the lake , very quiet and peaceful. The house was so clean and nicely decorated . We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. Definitely the best place we have stayed on Norris Lake yet. We will be booking this again for next year !!! Highly recommend !!!

Best house on Norris lake

This is our second year in a row renting this home we love the location the walk to the dock is great no steps ! That’s a plus on Norris lake .. we love the cove and the new marina at powell valley is awesome and litterally 2 min from the house so launching boats were so convenient . . The house is so great very clean, we love the 4 master bedrooms and every bedroom has sliding doors to the deck and patio.. love the fire pit area .. great times.. great owners . I highly recommend this place

Moonshine was a great property fo our family. We enjoyed having two separate living rooms and the games downstairs for the kids. The two story dock is great. My only recommendation would be to have more chairs in the dock.

Family Vacation

This was a very fun and family oriented home. The 3 masters w/king beds and baths was perfect for multiple families. The 4th master with 2 sets of bunks was perfect for the kids. The kids also had a game console and ping pong table to enjoy. The kitchen is brand new and stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare large family meals. There are sliding glass doors from each room to the decks. The only wish for us was that there could be steps between upper and lower deck without having to go inside but it’s a small thing. There is a nice camp fire area also. The path to the dock is gradual and there are no stairs. The kids loved the slide and being able to jump off the dock. The close proximity to Powell Valley is also a great feature. The road to the house is narrow but we had no issues finding the house. This was such a great family vacation that we booked it for next year before we left.

Perfect

The house was decorated so nicely and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. We sat on the porch every morning watching the sun rise and the blue birds. My kids had a great time going down the slide and jumping off the dock. The dock was a bit rocky at times due to being close to a main channel but that did not deter us from having a great time.

Wonderful stay

This property is perfect! The location was amazing, just around the corner from the Powell Marina and in a cove away from the main stretch of Norris Lake. We brought a boat, launching at Powell and kept the boat in the dock for the week which worked out perfectly. The house was clean and was equipped with more in the kitchen than we were expecting which was a nice surprise. Also, has a slide off the second level of the dock which we also weren’t expecting but the kids (and adults) had a blast on. We really can’t wait to go back and would definitely consider staying here again!

Fantastic lake getaway

Perfect family and friends getaway! House is clean, great outside gathering areas on the front deck and lower level walk out area. Easy walk to the dock and plenty of things to keep the kiddos entertained. We would definitely return this property again!

Great place to stay

I took my family, kids and grandkids, down to Norris Lake. This is the second time we have rented this house. It is wonderful. Very clean, looks just like the pictures. We are planning on rented this house again next year. I highly recommend it.

Girls trip!

My girlfriends and I got away from our husbands and kids for the weekend for the first time in 10 years and had a blast! The house was stunning, clean and great view of the lake with no steps! We decided we need to make it an annual trip!
