Owl Cottage is a has a king-size and a twin with a TV. It features an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining space, and sitting area complete with a woodburning stove. Amenities include oil central heating, a shared utility area, and appliances like an electric oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with sun loungers, and a Weber barbecue. Guests also have access to 3-acre grounds, including a fishing lake, lakeside deck, summer house, and honesty-box bar. Off-road parking for two cars is provided. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but they must not be left unattended. Shop and pub 0.6 miles. Owl Cottage is an idyllic retreat, ideal for a countryside escape with fishing and relaxation opportunities. Though the property is single-storey, there are external steps. Fishing available with a license. Note: The owners are on-site if needed; this will not affect guest privacy. This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 150GHB

Sorry, no smoking or vaping. Village shop and pub less than 1 mile. Note: Though the property is single-storey, there are 12 steps leading up to the property; please take care. Note: There is a beautiful private lake on site which all guests can enjoy but only those with a license can fish it. Note: Children must be supervised at all times. Note: Whilst respecting guests’ privacy, owners live in a detached property next door so are on hand to answer any questions if required.
