Welcome to Coastal Retreat, a ground-floor haven in Overstrand Village just a stone’s throw from Overstand’s spectacular sandy beach! Well known for its clifftop location, Overstand offers easy access to some of the most picturesque areas of North Norfolk, with a coastal path leading all the way to Cromer just over 1 mile away! Coastal Retreat promises an unforgettable coastal getaway for you and your loved ones.
The Space:
Enjoy the open-plan living area, which flows into the kitchen. The cosy lounge has a sofa and wall-mounted Smart TV.
The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals, from a family dinner to a beach picnic. It includes a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and washing machine for added convenience.
With two comfortable king-size bedrooms, one of which can be converted into twin beds upon request, Coastal Retreat offers plenty of space and storage for a restful stay.
The family bathroom is well-equipped with an electric shower, bath, toilet, sink, and a heated towel rail.
While there’s no garden, the property is centrally located on Overstrand’s main high street, just a short walk from the beach. The local pub and convenience store are only steps away from your front door.
