With golden sands just a few minutes walk away, Breezy Bungalow is a fabulous 2-bedroom holiday home idyllically nestled behind the sand dunes of Eccles-On-Sea beach.
Accommodating 4 guests, across 2-bedrooms, Breezy is the perfect seaside holiday destination for families and small groups of friends.

The Space:
Breezy Bungalow is a single-level home featuring two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with twin singles. The family bathroom includes a shower cubicle, wash basin, and W/C.
At the front, the open-plan kitchen-living-diner boasts stunning countryside views. This sociable space has two comfy sofas, a TV, DVD player, and a selection of board games and books for evening entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, and washing machine, with an extendable dining table for four.
Outdoor seating is available at both the front and back, with an ‘L’-shaped sofa and bench at the front. Just a short walk away, guests can enjoy Eccles-On-Sea Beach, perfect for sunsets. The property is heated by electric night storage heaters for winter stays.

The Neighborhood:
Positioned just behind the dunes of Eccles beach, guests will have easy access (just a few minutes walk!) to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Norfolk. Whether you are a seaside sunbather or coastal explorer, this stunning stretch of sand and sea is the ideal destination for any beach lover!
For ‘twitchers’ or nature enthusiasts, be sure to pack your binoculars with rare birds regularly spotted on the farmland in front of the bungalow. If sea fishing is your pastime, then don’t be deterred from packing your rods! Nearby Stalham High Steet Pet Shop and Lathams in Potter Heigham both sell fishing bait.
There is also plenty to be seen further afield, Cromer and Great Yarmouth are both 18 miles away, giving guests the opportunity to explore the east coast and some of the most popular areas of North Norfolk.
Norwich City is easily accessible from Sprowston park and ride, and is just a 30-minite drive away. A great option for a bit of high-street shopping if you’re looking for a break from hitting the beach
Getting Around:
North Walsham is well connected by road, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas by car. The A149 and B1150 roads connect the town to Norwich, the Norfolk Broads, and the coast.
North Walsham Train Station has regular services to Norwich (about a 30-minute journey) and the coastal town of Cromer. The Bittern Line connects North Walsham with the rest of Norfolk, making it a convenient option for visitors traveling by train.
Local buses connect North Walsham to nearby towns and villages, including Mundesley, Cromer, and Wroxham. There are also services to Norwich, which offers further transport connections.
Alternatively, if you are travelling with your bike, the quiet country roads and scenic trails around North Walsham make it a great area for cycling. The Weavers' Way and other trails offer routes through the countryside and along the coast, with plenty of places to stop and enjoy the views.
