Nestled on the edge of West Runton Common, St Joseph’s Cottage is a charming three-bedroom home just a 15-minute walk from West Runton’s sandy beach. The cottage offers stunning views in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Accommodating up to six guests, it boasts a spacious rear garden and convenient parking right outside. Perfect for those seeking comfort, convenience, and a tranquil coastal retreat.
The Space:
St Joseph’s Cottage combines modern comforts with charming coastal aesthetics.
The open-plan living and dining area features a log burner, flat screen TV, and seating for relaxing evenings. The dining table seats six, perfect for family meals and group breakfasts. The fully equipped kitchen includes gas hobs, a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
All three bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. There’s a super-king, a king (which can be converted to twin beds), and a double. The ground-floor king room has direct access to the garden through patio doors.
The cottage has two bathrooms: a family bathroom upstairs with a rainfall shower over the bath, and a second bathroom with a rainfall shower on the ground floor.
Enjoy views over West Runton Common from the front of the property and the master bedroom. The spacious garden includes an outdoor dining table and umbrella.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

In 1990, the most complete Steppe mammoth skeleton—commonly known as the West Runton Elephant—was discovered here, adding an exciting piece of history to your beach adventure.
