Nestled in the heart of Holt, The Old Antique Shop is a delightful brick and flint cottage just minutes from charming bakeries, cafes, and independent shops. With three ensuite bedrooms, it sleeps up to six guests making it perfect for families and groups of friends. Dog friendly and perfectly located, it's a fantastic base for exploring Holt and North Norfolk’s stunning beaches!
The Space:
The Old Antique Shop offers three beautifully decorated bedrooms for a restful stay. Two spacious ground-floor rooms feature super king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third is a cosy twin room, perfect for children or extra guests. All rooms provide storage, bed linen, and bedside lamps.
Each bedroom includes a modern ensuite with a large rainfall shower. The master ensuite also has a bath, ideal for relaxing. Fresh towels are provided.
The first floor has an open-plan living area with two comfy sofas, a smart TV, and a large dining table for six. A mezzanine snug, accessible via a winding staircase, offers a quiet space for reading or coffee. Board games and books are also available.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine, and microwave. A washer dryer is available in the downstairs utility room.
