Built in the late 1890s and packed with character, West Street Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage centrally located in Cromer. Just a short walk from the sandy beach and iconic Cromer Pier, you’ll be close to local shops, cafes, and restaurants. With the train station just five minutes away and a large supermarket nearby, everything is within easy reach. No car is needed to enjoy the best of this bustling seaside town!
The Space:
Enter the cosy living room with two comfy armchairs and a small double sofa bed. Enjoy entertainment on the smart TV and DVD player, while a large decorative fireplace adds charm. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
An original pine door leads to the well-equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, hob, extractor, fridge with freezer box, and washer-dryer. There's a small table and chairs for dining. The kitchen has a quirky charm, with a door leading to narrow, steep stairs to the first floor, which may not be suitable for all guests.
The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, two bedside cabinets, and a fitted wardrobe, along with an original decorative fireplace. The second bedroom is bright and airy, equipped with a single bed, chest of drawers, and bedside table. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional guest, increasing occupancy to four.
The newly renovated bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and a full bath with a waterfall shower overhead, along with fresh towels for your convenience.
At the rear of the property, you’ll find a small yard with a brick-built shed and a table with chairs.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Please note the cottage features steep, narrow stairs - unsuitable for those with mobility issues.
The cottage is situated on one of the main roads into Cromer, so inevitably there is road noise at busy times. However, your location in the heart of Cromer more than makes up for it!
