The Space:
This property offers six spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, riverside garden, hot tub, and a games room.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a range of appliances, utensils, crockery, and cutlery, along with a dishwasher. There’s also a washing machine in the utility room. A dining table in the kitchen provides garden views for breakfast, while the formal dining room comfortably seats 12.
The living room features a flat-screen TV and cosy sofas. Double doors from the kitchen lead to the sunroom, offering additional seating and lovely garden views.
The ground floor has a single bedroom with a futon, increasing the occupancy to 12. A family bathroom with a shower, WC, and wash basin is also on this level.
Upstairs are five more bedrooms: two twin rooms, two with king-size beds, and one with a super king-size bed. Each room has unique features, from smart TVs and a PS4 to a Juliet balcony and spa-style showers. Two bedrooms open onto a large balcony with garden and River Yare views.
The master bedroom features a floor-to-ceiling window with a stunning view and an ensuite with both a shower and a luxurious bath. Another bedroom has an ensuite, while the first-floor family bathroom includes a shower and bath.
The games room is perfect for entertaining, with table tennis, a football table, and various indoor and outdoor games like giant Jenga and badminton.
