The property has 3 bedrooms, all offer plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and an ensuite toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also boasts a king-sized bed. The third bedroom has twin single beds. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with a vanity unit.
The living and dining area has been planned out beautifully, it’s an open plan area with a comfortable sofa, modern TV unit, and dining table with six chairs. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
This property has hot and cold air-conditioning throughout the entire property, from the main living area there are multiple sliding doors leading you out onto the balcony. The balcony has an outdoor modular sofa with a dining table, perfect for al fresco dinners
The staircase that leads to the ample solarium is in the living room. The solarium is equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a counterspace with sink.
