This newly renovated holiday home on Resarö offers a perfect combination of comfort and proximity to the sea. Here you will find a stylish detached house of 32 m2, with room for up to four people. The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a sleeping loft with a double bed accessed via a steep staircase and a double bed on the lower level in the family room. The bright and open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your vacation. The house also has a bathroom with shower, wc, washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Direct bus takes you via subway into Stockholm in 50 minutes. The bus departs several times an hour and the stop is 200 meters from the house.
To see and do in Resarö and the surrounding area
Here you live just a few minutes' walk from the nearest bathing jetty (700 m), which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the sun and swimming during the hot summer days. For those interested in fishing there are opportunities to try your luck fishing in the area and for the adventurous you can rent a kayak to explore the archipelago. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy no less than seven golf courses nearby, making this holiday home an ideal starting point for an active and fun holiday in a beautiful archipelago environment.
From Resarö, it is approximately 6 km to the archipelago town of Vaxholm, which can be reached by car or bus. Vaxholm offers charming promenades and several restaurants and a tourist office. The archipelago boat goes from Vaxholm to Stockholm and from here you can also reach the entire northern archipelago.
Between Vaxholm and Rindö, Waxholm Castle is on its own island. Between May and September, the route between Vaxholm and the castle is served by a cable ferry. There is a restaurant and summertime theater and music programs are arranged. Today, the fortress contains a museum with exhibitions about, among other things, Sweden's coastal defense for 500 years, life in the fortress in the past, the dungeons and preparedness in the archipelago during the Second World War.
