Minas villa with private pool

Welcome to Minas Villa, a cozy 2 bedroom villa for 4 guests to make great memories. Take full advantage of a great size pool and outdoor area as well as shade and BBQ areas. The complex has gated access (key pad) and there is a drive you can use if you choose to hire a car. You are walking distance to Sirena Bay beach and close to Pernera. The villa offers lots of amenities, WIFI, new aircon (2024) and Netflix tv.

we are close by if you need us, you can call ay anytime but intend to give you all the space you need to jump right in to your vacation.

The villa is in a great location in Pernera (very close to sirena bay beach) and is on a bus route as well.

everything - there is only one cupboard locked for housekeeping in the bathroom.

Minas villa is a quaint 2 bedroom villa situated on a corner plot with fields to the back and side. The villa has a large outside area with built in BBQ and pool. There are plenty of sunbeds and seating areas for guests.

Bedrooms: the villa have 2 bedrooms, both with single beds (can be pushed together to make a double if needed). Both rooms have shutters for shade and wardrobes, air-conditioning (new 2024), sheets and towels. The one bedroom has an ensuite attached.

Bathrooms: there is a Ensuite from the bedroom with shower, toilet and sink. The master bathroom is upstairs with bath / shower combined, toilet and sink. There is also an extra toilet downstairs with sink.

Livingroom and Kitchen. The open plan living room and kitchen are ideal for families to mingle. The Livingroom has tv with Netflix and the villa also offers WIFI internet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering holiday and includes facilities such as hair dryer, iron and washing machine.

The villa is on a bus route. :)
