Summary:
Situated in a quiet and rural location in the village of Brawby, Croft Cottage has been renovated with a homely yet modern look. With spectacular views over the rolling countryside, this beautifully appointed holiday let is an idyllic place to stay to relax and unwind. Sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms, Croft Cottage is perfect for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy the peacefulness of the North Yorkshire countryside.
The Space:
After enjoying the scenery from outside, step through the front door of this dog friendly holiday home. Walking through the bright and airy entrance hallway, you will find the relaxing living room which features two comfy sofas and a TV.
The living room leads straight through to the fully equipped open plan kitchen/diner where you can prepare home cooked meals and enjoy them together at the dining table during your stay. From here you can step outside to the large outdoor space to the rear of the property which boasts views for miles.
Also located on the ground floor of the property are the first two bedrooms. One bedroom is a standard double and the second has a bunk bed. A modern, refurbished family bathroom equipped with a shower is located next to the bedrooms.
The third bedroom is located on the first floor and is a standard double. Next door is another bathroom and this space boasts a three-quarter size bathtub.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entirety of Croft Cottage, including the patio and seating area alongside the grassed garden at the rear of the property.
The Keys to Croft Cottage are located in a key safe box.
Parking for the property is located between the farm buildings and the holiday home, with accessibility for two vehicles.
A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Croft Cottage per reservation.
Yorkshire Water are carrying out essential upgrades to the drainage system in Brawby, so guest can expect to see these works underway. These works do not impact the property itself.

The closest train station is at Malton, only a 20 minute journey. The trains from Malton will give direct links to places such as Scarborough, York, Manchester and Liverpool should you wish to go further afield.
Local taxi services also operate within the local area.
