White Gables consists of a first-floor kitchen with oven, electric hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for ten, a living area with a TV and a balcony, a sitting room with an electric fire and TV, and a utility with a washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king with an ensuite, two ground-floor twins, one double and one double with en-suite, along with a first-floor cloakroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a enclosed rear patio and lawn garden with access to the river and parking for three cars. Within 2.2 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles a pub, and a river within 0.1 miles. One well-behaved pet welcome but please note that this is a non-smoking property. For a fun trip out you can enjoy a double-decked paddle-steamer, a purpose built boat for the Broads, which can even be privately hired for up to 100 people. The boat also has the benefit of a bar and occasionally a live jazz on board! Horning also enjoys a summer fete, regular sailing races and many other events especially throughout the summer. A lovely location for the Broads and beyond.
