There is a small porch at the rear of the Annexe which is sheltered and a good spot for leaving muddy boots and brollies. The entrance door opens into the hall; it's level access with just one step over the threshold into the property. The kitchen/dining room, lounge, bedroom and shower room are all off the hall. The lounge is spacious with large windows to enjoy the surrounding views, and patio doors opening at the front of the property (again one step over the threshold). There's three sofas so plenty of room for relaxing; one of the sofas converts into a double bed if required (£5 per night payable for use of the sofa bed, to include linen). The shower room comprises a spacious cubicle with just one step into it, plus toilet and hand basin. The bedroom is at the far end of the hall, with king-sized bed, comfortable chair plus plenty of drawers and hanging space.

Indoor Description
The kitchen is well equipped with electric double oven and hob, under-counter fridge with a small freezer compartment and washing machine. Other kitchen items include microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, a variety of cookware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. Two tea towels will be provided.

The TV has freeview and wifi is available throughout the property. An iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.

There is plenty of room in the bedroom for a travel cot (not provided).

Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. The annexe has central heating.

Bed linen, duvets, and towels are provided for your convenience for the main bedroom. If you wish to utilise the sofa-bed, there is £5 per night payable for extra linen, etc. Please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips.

There may be non-perishable items like a salt, pepper and a few herbs or spices available.

Outdoor Description
There is a level patio area directly outside the property, complete with garden furniture.

The owners live in the main house next door, so would be on hand if you have any questions. The property is surrounded by fields and backs onto the hills.

The property is accessed via a private lane directly off the A39, the lane becomes steep and narrow in places so it's advisable to drive slowly and in first gear, being vigilant - as wildlife can appear out of the blue!
