About the host

Hi, I'm originally from London, England but retired to France in 2020. I started to rent out the main house for a couple of months a year in 2021, and enjoyed the experience of managing the property and meeting guests. We have a self-contained studio on the pool level and so I decided to try renting that out too outside the busy summer months
Why they chose this property
Montauroux is a great area for exploring nature, the Cote d'Azur and some very picturesque Provencal villages. We are 30 minutes from the coast, 15 minutes from the motorway, and 1 km from the village centre
What makes this property unique
The studio is an oasis of calm and has fantastic views over the local countryside, being situated at atop one of the hills which line the plain of the Pays de Fayence
