Situated in a 9-floor condominium with an elevator and surrounded by a peaceful pine garden, this bright three-room apartment is just 200 meters from the beach and conveniently close to the center. It comfortably accommodates 4-6 guests and offers a living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with bunk beds. The kitchenette is functional and equipped, while the bathroom and spacious terrace provide all the essentials for a relaxing stay. Modern amenities include air conditioning, a TV, and a microwave. Guests can take advantage of the garage and shared rotating parking, subject to availability.

One small pet is allowed: 40 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
