The Space:
LOCATION:
You're in the heart of the city centre!
You're surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants with our favourite place to visit, Dukes 92 and The Wharf only an 8 minutes’ walk away.

TRANSPORT
Our closest train station is Deansgate and it’s only an 11 minutes walk away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is just 11 minutes walk away at Deansgate, or a 13 minute walk to Cornbrook tram stop.

PARKING:
The closest car park to us is Water Street car park and is a 2 minute walk from us, you can use the app PaybyPhone for your ease to pay for the car parking.
There is also a NCP car park which is an 11 minutes walk from us and costs £22 per day.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washer dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets).

We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

WELCOME GUIDE:
Make the most of your time in Manchester with our personalised welcome guide to Manchester. We live here and know all the best places to go, restaurants to eat, bars to drink in and museums to visit. We also have a contact for Manchester United or Manchester City tickets.

GOOD TO KNOW:
You can conveniently check yourself in anytime after 3PM using our lockbox. You’re able to drop your bags in from 12.15 AM onwards. We’re happy to offer free early check in if we have no guests checking out. Please let us know if you’re arriving before 3PM and we’ll do our best to get our home ready for you.
